Cringle is a private home security alert service operated by Secure for invited homeowners and authorized household users. These terms describe basic use of Cringle informational and alerting services.
Use of service
Cringle is intended to assist with awareness and review of security-related activity. It is not a guarantee of safety, emergency response, or crime prevention. Users remain responsible for their own property, emergency decisions, and compliance with applicable laws.
No emergency service
Cringle is not a 911 service, police service, fire service, medical service, or professional monitoring station. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.
SMS program
Secure provides Cringle SMS security, account, and system notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS consent and opt-out
Cringle is a home security service operated by Secure. Cringle SMS alerts are optional and available only to invited homeowners or authorized household users. SMS consent is optional and not required for purchase or service access. Users opt in by providing their mobile number and separately enabling SMS alerts. A representative SMS consent page is publicly available at https://cringle.ca/sms-consent/.

SMS consent is optional. Consent to receive SMS messages is direct, campaign-specific, and not bundled into other agreements. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Cringle does not sell, rent, or share mobile information or messaging consent records. Secure and Cringle do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Private deployments
Cringle customer deployments are private. Users should not publish private service URLs, credentials, or security system secrets.
Acceptable use
Users may not use Cringle to violate privacy laws, monitor areas where they do not have authorization, harass individuals, or interfere with emergency services or security systems.
Contact and access
Cringle is operated by Secure for private home security deployments. Invited homeowners or authorized household users should use the account contact method provided by their Cringle administrator. For SMS help, reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS alerts.
No public signup is available on this website. Access to operational Cringle services is private and invite-based.
